Duties and Responsibilities Include
Overseeing the smooth operation of the bar.
Ensuring service is delivered consistently and to a high standard.
Ensuring a high-level of customer service.
Co-ordinating the work of other Bar staff.
Ensuring the bar area and staff are well presented, efficient and well-organised.
Maintaining the appearance, cleanliness and hygiene of yourself and the bar.
Primarily daytime work, Monday to Friday. Occasional weekend work.
Must be reliable, punctual and have a good standard of dress and hygiene.
The Successful Candidate Will Have
Experience working in busy bar environment.
Good interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and manage through busy periods.
