Job Summary
Year round opportunity for a professional, experienced fine dining bartender / mixologist at Cuvée at Chatham Inn, the only Relais & Chateaux and Forbes 5-Star property on Cape Cod.
Fine dining, high volume service skills, excellent wine knowledge, sophistication, professional appearance, positive attitude and enthusiasm, are all a must!
Previous experience as bartender and/or sommelier in a fine dining restaurant or wine bar is preferred, ideally within a Relais & Chateaux or Michelin starred restaurant, or an Aman, Four Seasons, Mandarin Oriental, Ritz Carlton, or similar 5-star resort.
