Beach Cashier Description

Boucher Brothers is immediately hiring for a Beach Cashierfor the JW Marriott Marco Island Beach Resort at Marco Island, FL. The ideal candidates will gain experience in customer service, be able to work in a team environment, develop great communication skills, and have opportunities for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to supervisor and directors, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Welcome guests to the beach and consistently offer professional, friendly, engaging service
• Manage and control inventory, sodas, wraps, towels, suntan lotions, etc.
• Handle all payment transactions
• Record all sales on corresponding paperwork
• Ensure guests are aware of all services available on the beach
• Provide each guest with 5-star 5 diamond service
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Overseeing team members and equipment

• Highly responsible and reliable
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Able to multitask
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
• Enjoy dealing with the public
• Great verbal communication skills
