Lead, develop and inspire a united team to achieve company goals by:
- Coaching and developing your team to achieve retail sales targets
- Attract and retain a highly skilled retail team through the Orveon culture
- Connect with customers through a unique brand experience
Store Location: Arnotts Dublin
Hours per week: 37.5
Contract Type: Permanent
Days per week: 5
YOUR SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES
Retail Management experience- Experience in coaching and leading a team
- Understanding of KPIs and able to drive these across a team/business
- Ability to influence and build external and internal relationships.
- Demonstrable retail sales experience
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, within a fast paced environment
- Self-motivated and results driven
- Flexibility to work key trading hours
