QCRP is looking energetic, caring and compassionate individuals to join our ABA department. We are growing and have opportunities available for both entry level Behavior Technicians up to experienced Registered Behavior Technicians!

• QCRP is looking for individuals willing to provide in home ABA visits in Northern Macomb County, near Washington/Romeo area.
• We also have 2 clinic locations in Macomb County, located in Shelby Township and in Clinton Township. Hours of Operation for both clinics are: Monday-Thursday from 8:00am-7:30pm and Friday-Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm.
• Must have a current and valid drivers license, reliable transportation and be willing to travel to both clinic locations and to home-based sessions in Macomb County.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• Periodic and annual performance reviews are conducted with eligibility for merit increases and opportunities for advancement.

Summary of Essential Functions

• Working one on one with children and teens with Autism Spectrum Disorder;
• Teaching skills involving language and social skills, fine and gross motor, relaxation, play, and ADLs;
• Maintaining a fun and interactive environment that is clean and organized;
• Building strong, lasting relationships with clients and families;
• Documenting behaviors and collecting data;
• Fostering a warm, inclusive environment for staff and families;
• Working collaboratively as a team with other departments, including Speech, Physical, and Occupational Therapy.

QCRP can provide the supervision and training needed for Behavior Technicians to further their ABA careers by taking the Registered Behavior Technician exam through the State of Michigan!
