Job description
In order to attend the in-person training, you must first complete the RBT 40 hour online training course, or if you have completed the course already, it must have been completed within the last 6 months. The course itself is free and you can access it using this link: https://autismpartnershipfoundation.org/courses/rbt/

- Implement treatment plans created by the supervising BCBA to increase desired skills and to decrease challenging behaviors
- Work in collaboration with other team members to support each child’s success
- Provide treatment in center
- Provide one to one direct services to kiddos and their families
- Collaborate with the BCBA team to provide insight into programming changes or suggestions
- Maintain client clinical session notes
- Early education, special education, childcare, or personal experience
- Passion for working with children and helping others
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in related field is a plus, but not required (Bachelor's required for TX candidates)
- Reliable transportation, driver's license, insurance, and smartphone
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to take direction from senior staff members
