- Strive to exceed the expectations of the membership regarding food & beverage service
- Engage the membership in friendly, courteous and safe conversations
- Correctly and consistently take food and beverage orders, effectively communicating with the kitchen through computerized P.O.S. stations
- Standard knowledge of menu offerings and drink recipes
- Able to lift 25-50 lbs. regularly
- Exhibit good team work, willing to work with a diverse and interesting group of people
- Candidates must have some weekend availability; typical hours of operation are 8:00am-7:00pm Thursdays-Mondays
- Candidates must have a valid driver's license
- Candidates must be TiPS trained or alcohol safety certified
