Position Title – Bilingual Outbound Contacts Representative
Address – MUST be local to San Antonio, TX or Corpus Christi TX ONLY.
Pay: $17.92/HR
Hours – Mon. - Fri. 8-5 PM
Vaccine Requirement – Yes

Position Purpose:
The Outbound Contacts Representative 2 represents the company by making outbound contacts to members and/or providers regarding a variety of issues. The Outbound Contacts Representative 2 performs varied activities and moderately complex administrative/operational/customer support assignments. Performs computations. Typically works on semi-routine assignments.

Experience/Education (MUST be included on resume):

• Evoke360, Availity, Microsoft, Excel experience
• 1+ years of customer service experience (outbound & inbound calls)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including: Outlook, Word and Excel
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
