We are pet lovers and looking to fill a position for a call center agent that has bilingual spanish/english skills! If you want to work for a company that helps pets every day, apply now. Essential Functions/Job Duties
- Speak with Pet Parents by phone and email to support our pet clinics
- Review Rx requests
- Respond to customer questions regarding positive tests
- Log all interactions into online system
- Escalate unresolved issues to designated lead or manager when indicated
- Generate various reports
- Assign and mail Rabies Tags
- Assist clients with Microchip Registration issues
- General clerical functions including filing, faxing and mailing records
- Other duties or functions as requested
Education
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
Experience
- 1+ years in customer service experience
- 1+ years as an agent at a consumer call center
- Experience handling companion animal service calls a plus.
- Solid computer skills preferred.
- Superb communication skills required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English and Spanish
Physical Requirements
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear
