Location: San Francisco, CA, On-site

Duration: Temp-to-hire

Salary: $20-25/hr DOE

What We Are Looking For:

• 2+ years healthcare revenue cycle related experience.
• Back end / Follow Up Experience
• EPIC Experience

The Revenue Cycle Biller is responsible for supporting the revenue cycle.

• Knowledge of principles and practices of health care revenue to perform the back-end operation of patient billing services.
• Knowledge of billing coding edits and modifiers for hospital billing.
• Knowledge of reviewing hospital charges and performing claim status inquiries.
• Using multiple payer portals and work ques.
• Hospital billing denials from start to finish.

Skills & Personality

• Back-end billing verification required
• Exercise a high degree of initiative, judgment, discretion, and decision-making to achieve organizational objectives.
• Skilled in organizing work, making assignments, and achieving goals and objectives.
