Gotham Children is a boutique ABA agency that values quality ABA services and building lasting connections with students and their families. We are seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work as part of our ABA team with an autistic child in a home setting. This is a contractor role that has the potential to grow into a part or full-time role with benefits.
Responsibilities:

- Work directly with an autistic child as part of an ABA team
- Implement ABA therapy in the home setting
- Collect data and monitor progress to make data-driven decisions
- Manage problem behaviors
- Communicate effectively with the family and other team members
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure consistent care
- Board certification and licensure
- Experience in home-based ABA therapy
- Experience with data collection and analysis
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Passion for working with children
- Flexibility to work weekday afternoons/early evenings and weekends
- Experience in school-based ABA therapy
