Job description
We are currently offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus!
- Caseload of approximately 12 clients
- Participates in all consultations
- Author assessment updates and re-authorization plans
- Develops specific teaching procedures for the targets
- Consults with clients and provides continuous program direction and maintenance
- Directs implementation of insurance goals and data collection system
- Lead a team of behavior technicians
- Train behavior technicians per Dr. Carl Sundberg’s direction
- Analyzes data/behavior and makes data based decisions
- Guides ongoing implementation of teaching procedures
- Ensures program directives from senior clinical team are implemented accurately and timely
- Leads client’s parent meetings
- Co-consult and/or train Parent Training Coordinator
- Actively participate in weekly clinical meetings
- Conducts weekly team meetings
- Master's Degree or higher required
- BCBA required
- State Licensure required
- Successful in training and leading a team
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with staff and families
- Superior oral and written communication skill
- Some assessment and report writing experience
