Fourwinds Lakeside Inn & Marina - Rental Dock Hand
- Provides prompt and courteous service in the rental of watercraft, the sale of fuel, and other ship store merchandise to Marina guests and external clients.
- Ensures that all rental boat operators are educated about safe boating operations and awareness of navigational rules and regulations.
- Performs all duties necessary to properly execute rental agreements and to thoroughly inspect rental watercrafts and equipment upon departure and return.
- Properly maintains equipment, rental fleet, and marina facilities about cleaning, inspections, repairs, and general upkeep.
- Must be able to swim.
Training requirements:
- Must complete and pass DNR approved Boater's License.
- Must complete and pass Paradise Rental Boat safety video and test.
- Must complete all required KPA and HR training as assigned.
- Must complete all on the job training and display knowledge and competency.
