Milestone Marketing is a nationwide advertising company. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Billing specialist to oversee the operations of payments and other accounting matters. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
• Organizing and maintaining files and records
• Managing phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
• Processing payments and keeping track of declines
• Creating and updating records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
• Assisting colleagues whenever necessary

Qualifications:

• Proven experience doing billing and payment processing
• Expert with excel
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Delray Beach, FL 33445: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Bookkeeping: 1 year (Preferred)
