Severna Park, MD Financial Services Firm is seeking a full-time bookkeeper and office assistant, proficient in MS Office. We are a small company with a dynamic team, looking for an enthusiastic, time- and goal-oriented individual who can work with several administrators.

Responsibilities include:

  • Reconciliation of daily and monthly journals and ledger accounts.
  • Daily communication of proprietary data with banks via phone and email
  • Preparation of time-sensitive documents
  • Ability to organize and prioritize workflow.
  • Assistance with other duties, as needed.

Requirements

  • Must possess experience as a bookkeeper.
  • Must possess attention to detail and the ability to multitask with several administrators.
  • Must have a working knowledge of Excel and be able to edit spreadsheets.
  • Must possess the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced work environment.

The position does not allow for remote work.

Bonus compensation program.

Associate's or Bachelor's degree a plus.
