POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to become an integral part of our team! Looking for a part time boutique associates to staff our Studio City and Pacific Palisades location. Must have experience in customer service, positive attitude, and be reliable.

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Welcoming and engaging with customers as they enter the store
• Explain products and services to customers
• Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
• Help to price and receive any new product that is shipped to the store
• Process in-store orders
• Build the brand by cultivating loyalty with local customers
• Cleaning and restocking the store throughout the day, before opening and after closing
• Blow up in store balloon orders
• Assist customers with any questions and make recommendations based on client needs
• Maintain knowledge of products
• Direct potential clients to appropriate contacts within the company (e.g. events, planning, press, balloons)

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in the event/entertainment industry is an asset
