Tirlan has an exciting opportunity for a Fulltime Branch Administrator in our Branch in Graiguecullen. The successful candidate will also be required to assist in retail operations as required.

Key Responsibilities
Dealing with a high level of queries over Phone / Email
Processing / Scanning / Filing of Documents
Liaising with Multiple Stakeholders
Assisting with Day-to-Day operations
Assist in the preparation of Reports and Audit Responses
Perform other Administration duties as assigned by Line Manager
Assist with Branch & Retail Operations

Key Requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Experience with SAP systems desirable
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent teamwork skills as well ability to work on own initiative
Ability to multitask and to consistently deliver high standard quality work in a busy environment
