Responsibilities of the Brand Ambassador/Marketing Role:

• Training in business management for customer service, marketing, and sales consultants

• Solve customer inquiries and communicate the services and products available to them to provide an exceptional customer experience.

• Developing strong leadership skills to build a high performance, cross-functional team environment

• Assisting in the daily operations in a retail setting

• Manage in-field promotional marketing campaigns.

• Staying updated on the newest technology products and services our clients offer

Work experience in the following industries is an asset, but not required: Communications, Customer Service, Management, Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations, Retail, Restaurant
