Responsibilities

A Bread Baker is a responsible, friendly Team Member who can safely work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities include

• Following directions and recipes to a T as to have consistent world class sourdough for consumers
• Be able to lift heavy mixing bowls
• Ordering and merchandizing
• Sharing food knowledge with customers
• Cleaning, Food Safety, Safety, and Sanitation
• Day to day production, merchandising, and quality control of all department offerings
• Stocking, rotating, and merchandising department products

Qualifications

Qualifications include:

- Must be able to work early morning shifts, most starting at 5:00 am.

-Friendly and customer service oriented. Interest in food and cooking a plus.

- Baking and Bread making experience a plus, but we will train the right person.

- Self-motivated, with a high attention to detail, quality and presentation

- Skills to communicate effectively with coworkers and customers

- Ability to work independently, effectively manage time and multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to reliably meet required work schedule and adhere to company attendance policy

Employees may occasionally experience the following physical demands for an extended period:

Standing, Sitting, Lifting (Up to 75lbs.), Pushing, Telephone Use, Walking, Bending

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.50 - $18.50 per hour
