POSITION: Building Maintenance Person

LOCATION: Starpoint Central School District

DESCRIPTION: Full-time probationary appointment with benefits—1 st shift

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2 years of experience in either general building construction or maintenance work in one of the standard trades (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, or boiler operator) required
• Must meet all Civil Service requirements
• Required to pass drug screening and NYS fingerprint clearance
• Possession of a valid NYS Driver’s License
• Ability to work as part of a team in a school setting
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required

RATE OF PAY: $20.37/hr. (Per CSEA Buildings & Grounds Contract)
