Must have 3 years of BA experience
Top skills are having SIGMA or equivalent financial software experience, proficiency in SharePoint and Excel, as well as Data Entry experience (3 yrs for all)
This candidate will be responsible for completion of a variety of daily tasks from IT Inventory, quoting products with SoM vendors, entering orders in SIGMA Financial, etc.
Position Description:

This requisition is for a Business Analyst to assist the Department of Information Technology Management and Budget (DTMB), Chief Technology Office (CTO) Business Services Team. Candidate must be able to complete a variety of daily tasks (IT Inventory, quoting products with SoM vendors, entering orders in SIGMA Financial, logging procurements and invoices, validating invoice accuracy and obtaining approvals). Analyst will be part of an established team and trained by senior team members.

Skills Preferred:

Ability to function independently by following establishing policies, procedures, and practices when handling questions, problems and challenges presented by customers. Ability to flexibly manage workflow operations to meet or exceed SLAs and customer needs and expectations. Ability to make decisions independently and to communicate effectively to peers and management. Manage and report time spent on all work activities. Ability to work in a team environment. Proficiency in financial management processes and tools including SIGMA Financial (or equivalent), MS Excel, SharePoint.

Skills Requirements:

• REQUIRED

o SIGMA or equivalent financial software - 3 years

o Proficient in Microsoft Excel – 3 years

o Data Entry– 3-5 years

o Quoting and order creation – 1 year

o Invoice validation, approvals, and tracking – 1 year

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
