Business Banking is currently seeking two advisors on the Central Support Team. One advisor will work on the Pre Credit team and one on the Post Credit team.
As a Business Banking Advisor on the Pre Credit team, you will assess business lending proposals, complete financial analysis and credit assessment, assisting with queries received from the branch network and to support the Business Banking Managers. You will also initiate annual credit review process for customers by preparing draft credit applications to support.
Your Responsibilities:
  • Analyse financal accounts in support of credit applications
  • Support preparation of Credit applications for approval and annual review
  • Support fulfilment of drawdown
  • Support branch colleagues with credit application processes
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of SME banking products and services
  • Consistently deliver desired standards of customer service by responding promptly and resolving issues raised by customers both internal and external customers
  • Satisfy regulatory obligations, .e.g. SME Lending Regulations

Responsibilities:
  • Minimum 2 years in a business banking role (or comparable)
  • Minimum competency requirements, i.e. Approved Product Advisor and working towards full QFA Designation
  • Proven track record in similar role
  • Relevant third level qualification
  • Basic understanding of SME market dynamics, including agricultural enterprises
  • Knowledge of business analysis, financial analysis and security for advances
This is a Permanent role based in Permanent TSB's Head Office in St Stephen's Green.
