Job Title:- Business Development Manager
Location:-Matawan, NJ (Hybrid) – 3 days from Office – 2 days WFH.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in the ITstaffing industry
• Strong understanding of the IT staffing and solutions market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry partners.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Results-driven, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Candidates with a current book of business are highly preferred

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate revenue growth for the company.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with recruiting and sales teams to deliver staffing solutions to meet client requirements.
• Conduct market research to stay current on industry trends and identify potential business opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients to showcase the company's capabilities and services.
• Negotiate contracts and deals with clients to maximize profits.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of ongoing projects and identify opportunities for improvement
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics as defined by the company.
• Attend networking events and conferences to expand industry knowledge and build relationships with potential clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100.00 - $115.00 per year
