• Performing tasks and/or projects related definition of business requirements for operations.
• Developing and maintaining methodology documents for standardize procedures and processes used for team activities.
• Analyzing business processes and assessments to align information technology solutions with business initiatives.
• Requirements gathering skills and translating to delivery team
• Familiarity and successful history in achieving SLA goals
• Adept at working in a deadline-oriented environment and be a "true" team player
• Assist Project Manager as assigned

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Demonstrate a mature understanding of general operations business and collaboration best practices

• Have excellent communication skills, direct interaction experience with online software and competing priorities required

You will

• Review documents to gain an understanding of baseline material
• Analyze and document gaps in procedural steps
• Present complex processes and data in simple formats for the understanding of diverse groups
• Produce draft materials and documents in accordance with standards

• Meet with and collaborate with internal and client stakeholders in a cross-functional/matrixed environment
