Business System Administrator(InEight)

InEight is a Construction Project Management Software platform designed to streamline the entire project delivery process end to end. Linesight are currently implementing the InEight platform for the global business to provide best in class delivery for our clients.

As the InEight System Administrator at Linesight, you will work with highly experienced, culturally diverse, and passionate teams nurturing a strong social dynamic and a shared sense of achievement. In this role you will:

• Administer all InEight product functionality within the Linesight business globally and work with stakeholders to implement new features and centrally administer the system.
• Work with the following InEight Modules: Document, Compliance, Suite, Control, Change, Estimate and Schedule.
• Manage User Access, Individual and Group Roles, Templates and Master data within the InEight environment.
• Work with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
• Perform General Administrator duties as pertained to the role.

We would love to hear from you if you have/are

• Construction industry experience is a major advantage.
• Previous experience with administering systems with role-based access and a knowledge of the core concepts of both group and individual access and implicit and explicit permissions.
• An understanding of Metadata and how it can be used for classification, storage and processing of data within a system.
• Are a self-starter and are confident working both individually and with a wide group of stakeholders.
• Process and quality driven with familiarity with compliance and compliance systems.
• Familiar with Project delivery platforms in general.
• A strong working knowledge of API integrations with other systems.
• Strong systematic problem-solving skills to create balanced solutions and recommendations.
• Are an excellent communicator.
