You will be consulting them on our Pension Sales and Wealth Management services – providing solutions that will ultimately help business owners provide their employees with better retirement benefits.
Responsibilities:
As a B2B Sales Representative with Bluestone, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals to meet and exceed sales targets. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients building long-term partnerships to increase referrals.
- Engage and strategize with your clients and get to know their needs and goals.
- Maintain a high level of service and professionalism at all times.
- Utilize the tools and resources provided in assisting your clients, maintaining an up-to-date knowledge and understanding of our products and services.
- Develop a solid and trusting relationship between your clients and our company.
- Confidently discuss options, negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Follow up with your clients to ensure satisfaction and progress, identifying additional opportunities when they arise.
Requirements:
- A proven track record in B2B sales with a strong understanding of the sales process.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients at all levels.
- Highly organized and ability to manage time effectively in order to meet deadlines.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to sales, with the ability to generate new leads and close deals.
- A willingness to maintain up to date knowledge in industry trends and changes.
- Ability to provide professional phone etiquette at all times.
