Our organization is currently in need of an assertive, enthusiastic individual with a strong background in sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be familiar with multiple products, able to regularly remain calm when under pressure, and should have prior experience working in a sales environment. The successful candidate should also be comfortable interacting with customers, multitasking, and working on a team.

Responsibilities:

• Call customers who are late paying their bills.
• Handle customer complaints.
• Assist customers with credit applications.
• Troubleshoot problems with products or services.
• Contact customers who have an overdue payment.
• Analyze customer credit history.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
