Experience & Skills:

• At least two years of call center, appointment setting, inside sales, and customer service experience (REQUIRED)
• Expert at establishing rapport quickly with prospective customers
• Effective at overcoming and handling objections
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong work ethic

What You’ll Do

Responsibilities:

• Consult with prospective customers about our products and services
• Qualify and confirm already scheduled appointments for multiple markets.
• Collaborating with the inside sales team and retail sales managers to ensure our schedule is maximized and that the sales representatives are set up for success.
• All other duties as directed by the manager.
