The MB Tractor & Equipment Call Center & E-Commerce Representative will be the liaison between our company and its potential customers. The successful candidate will keep customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior by accurately and effectively handling each phone call or interaction.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Identify customers’ need by being able to actively list, by asking for clarifying information and asking probing questions when applicable
- Provide accurate and satisfactory answers to every customer query and/or concern
- Meet team goals, reach team targets and maintain high performance standard
- Collaborate with other team members as needed to answer all queries, comments or concerns
- Accurately list items
- Write descriptions of products and product details
- Pricing and posting photos
- Manage Ebay listings and orders
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Other call center/customer service related tasks on an as needed basis
Job Skills / Requirements:
- Previous experience in a call center and/or customer support role preferred but not required if candidate has other relevant skills
- Previous experience with e-commerce online store support role preferred but not required if candidate has other relevant skills
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Demonstrates active listening skills
- Has exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills
- Familiarity with computer systems
- Phone skills including complex, multi-line phone systems
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- High School Diploma
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
