As an Over The Counter Health Solutions (OTCHS) Call Center Agent, you are responsible for ensuring superior service for our members and Health Plan partners. In your role, you will receive incoming calls, process member orders and resolution orders, perform order tracking, and properly document member files. Offline work will include data entry, back orders and outbound calls as needed.
Agents will be held accountable to call center service level standards, as well as flawless execution of inbound/outbound calling programs and associated performance metrics.
Training Shift: 1 week, M-F 9:00AM to 5:30PM (EDT)
Work Shifts*: varied between operating hours of M-F 9:00AM to 8:00PM (EDT)
- Additional support may be required during OTCHS peak call volumes: January 1st/Welcome Season, and beginning of each quarter (January, April, July, October)
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 16.00
Maximum: 25.70
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Microsoft (MS) Windows-based applications and MS Office proficiency.
- Strong customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Prior experience working in a call center environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and prepare effective written documents
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work well with others
- Previous experience working from home a plus
Education
Verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required.
