What you’ll do
Set up communications (specifically documents related to Welcome Kits and Annual Notice of Changes) for Medicare Part D clients and customers. The set up includes formatting documents, applying content rules into a Content Management System, proofing, and routing documents for approvals.
Analyze and monitor reports to ensure our customers get the right communications on time
Lead daily meetings to discuss work in progress
Recommend solutions to process issues and requirements that arise
Familiarize yourself with and adhere to government regulations for Medicare Part D communications and implement requirements timely
Build relationships and collaborate with multiple teams
Contribute to larger projects within the Enterprise Print & Distribution organization
What you need to do the job
High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
5+ years of related experience in content or business preferred.
Be tech savvy – Microsoft Word and Outlook are a must. Experience in Messagepoint, SmartCOMM, Quadient, Open Text Extreme, or similar software a plus.
Be a planner – time management, effective prioritization of work load, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is essential.
Be a problem solver – identify issues, analyze options, propose solutions, and drive results.
Be a team player – partner with other teams to enhance our functionality and processes
Knowledge of CMS (U.S. Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services) guidelines a plus.
Effective interpersonal, communication (oral and written), and presentation skills.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 79,200 - 132,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
