Job Summary

The Gros Ventre Campground Manager position is responsible for the opening, operation, and closing of the Gros Ventre Campground. This position is responsible for the safety and cleanliness of the Campground. You are expected to adhere to the company’s mission, vision and value statements. Be knowledgeable of the company’s management systems, policies and initiatives for Hospitality, Environmental, and Health and Safety. You have specific responsibilities within these areas and are expected to understand them.


Job Specifications

  • Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time / Summer Seasonal
  • Outlet: Gros Ventre Campground (RV Required)

  • Starting Wage: $42,000


Job responsibilities include but are not limited to

  • Oversee complete Gros Ventre Campground Operations and Staff
  • Train, manage, schedule, and complete payroll for Campground staff
  • Maximizes site rental revenue/occupancy
  • Assigns sites and collects rental fee
  • Partners with NPS in bear patrols ensuring safety of guests and preservation of the wildlife
  • Assigns duties to the Supervisor and Attendants
  • Other duties as assigned


The "must haves" for this position include

  • Have previous customer service experience.
  • Have prior supervisory experience.
  • Ability to use Payroll, Purchasing, Work Order, and Property Management Syste

  • Possess disposition suitable for constant guest contact.
  • Ability to lift, walk up and down hills, and bend without difficulty.
  • Ability to supervise other employees and to delegate responsibility.
  • Valid US driver’s license/Successful completion MVR
  • Capable of handling moderately strenuous activity
  • Must have good organizational skills and possess initiative


We prefer that you additionally have the following skills / experience, but it is not required

  • Be genuinely concerned about the environment and recycling
  • Have good communication/people skills
