About Visiting Angels of Punta Gorda

At Visiting Angels of Punta Gorda, we take care of the physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs of our senior clients. We help our clients overcome age-related difficulties and build relationships with them to ensure they are always satisfied with our service.

The ideal candidate would have:

• Experience in hospice, home health, or other related fields preferred
• A positive and patient demeanor
• The ability to build rapport with patients
• The ability to handle physical workload
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Requirements

To become a caregiver, we ask that you:

• Provide professional references
• Have had previous caregiving experience and/or a desire to learn
• Have a valid driver’s license, insurance, and ability to transport clients
• Pass a Level 2 background check and drug screening

Salary:

• Between $13.25 and $15.25/ hour

Benefits:

• Up to a $500.00 sign on bonus for F/T availability and up to a $250.00 sign on bonus for P/T availability
• $10.00 gas card if you interview and get hired.
