Case Management/Residential Supervisor, Full-Time

Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual supervisory conferences at least once a month with the goal of on-going support and evaluation of the case manager’s work.
• Review and approve progress notes, biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and any other required reports ensuring they meet required standards.
• Work closely with the Residential Supervisor of the other houses on campus to coordinate weekly team meetings, on-going training, team-building events, etc., and strategize how to utilize staff in the most effective way, especially if/when during times of staff shortages.
• Ensure staff coverage of the Transitional Living Group Home at all times.
• Maintain knowledge of current policies, procedures, and program expectations by reviewing them on a regular basis and attending pertinent training.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with other supervisors and coworkers and create a positive Christian work environment.

Qualifications:

• Master Degree with two years’ residential experience preferred OR BSW or bachelor’s degree in related field with two years’ experience.
• Excellent people skills, organizational skills, leadership/management skills.
• Exhibits dependability.
• Successful completion of any initial and recurrent training and/or certification required.

Pay: $39,408.00 - $48,048.00 per year
