What does a Cash Management Specialist do?
As our Cash Management Specialist, you'll collaborate with the treasury management team to offer business depository services and provide technical support to customers. You'll install cash management services to new and existing business customers - always enhancing customer relationships. You'll also be the liaison between current and potential business customers and the bank to resolve questions regarding cash management services.
Cash Management Specialist Responsibilities:
- Respond and resolve business customer and bank employee issues quickly and creatively while focusing on quality.
- Assist and coordinate documentation flow for set-ups and changes of cash management services for customers.
- Track service installation from the point of signing cash management agreements to customer utilization.
- Provide technical support by troubleshooting online services and resolve issues for customers.
- Perform market research, data analysis, maintaining databases and first line internal/external support.
- Support treasury management sales efforts by promoting bank services, setting up business accounts and keeping records of sales.
Cash Management Specialist Qualifications:
- Associate degree or 2-5 years' experience in related field.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Must be innovative, analytical, have attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Ability to use computer software and embrace new technology.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills both in oral and written communication.
- Ability to work independently and execute objectives.
- Strong verbal communication skills to interact effectively with customers and co-workers. Demonstrated ability to use discretion, tact, and diplomacy, and a "professional" personal appearance, when dealing with customers and co-workers.
