Cashier

The Joseph Storehouse is a Christian Ministry looking for part time cashiers to join our team. Must have availability to work between Tuesday - Saturday 10am-7pm.

Must be a team player and not bring strife to the workplace.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently process customer orders.
• Enter product prices and collect payments by cash, credit cards, vouchers, or EBT.
• Greet customers when entering or leaving establishments
• Answer customers' questions, and provide information on products
• Assist in keeping the store clean and sanitized

Requirements:

• Basic PC knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment (e.g. cash register, credit card machines, etc.)
• Customer satisfaction-oriented
• Attention to detail and mathematical skills
• Ability to lift 30 lbs
• Able to stand for 8 hours or longer
• Pass a drug test
• Clear a background check

OTHER:

• Must be actively attending church
• Must work well with others, as a team and according to Romans 16:17, must not cause dissension and division.
• Adhere to a Christian lifestyle conducive to biblical standards
• Must maintain a good attendance
