The Team Member operates the computerized register system in the checkout area,greeting each customer and completing their checkout in an efficient and friendly manner. He or she ensures customer satisfaction and repeat business and maintains a polite, friendly, and professional demeanor at all times. This very important customer-facing role requires an individual who is a problem-solver and is knowledgeable of overall business operations.

The ideal candidate for this position has a high school diploma or high school equivalency diploma (or is a current student in good academic standing),previous retail sales experience, point-of-sale skills, and can work a flexible schedule that includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Fluent English speaking and written communication skills, good time management skills, and professional dress, speech, and behavior are all required for this position.

Requirements/Responsibilities Applicants should possess at minimum:

Day availability preference 8am to 2 pm , 4 to 5 days a week and weekends Shifts Including and may vary, 8 a -2p, 9-4, 2-7 p & 3-7 pm

Physical Requirements

• Standing for extended periods of time (up to 8 hours per day)
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds over head, 40 pounds chest high.
• Regular reaching, grasping and carrying of objects with both hands, repetitive motions twisting turning and constant moving/ bending up and down

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide Exceptional Guest Service to every guest
• Operates the complete register system
• Accepts responsibility and accountability for his or her money drawer
• Have Product Knowledge and be able to describe drinks and offer suggestions to our guests
• Follow all safety and sanitations procedures and maintain store cleanliness
• Perform the functions of all of the 5 work stations

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or high school equivalency diploma preferred
• Previous experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Point-of-sale (cash register) and credit or debit card processing skills
• Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed
• Able to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
