Dave’s Downtown (davesdowntown.com) in Minneapolis, MN is seeking an experienced full-time Catering Manager.

Dave’s Downtown is a family-owned and operated company that takes pride in serving quality made-from-scratch traditional American breakfast dishes plus burgers, sandwiches & grill specials.

The ideal candidate has a guest-first mentality and is highly skilled at managing guest satisfaction. You have the ability to take initiative and show leadership while at the same time being a great team player.

Position:

• Catering Manager

Compensation:

• $25hr w/tips included
• Paid sick days
• Paid time off

Other incentives:

• Free parking
• Easily accessible by public transportation

Schedule requirements:

• 40-50 hours weekly
• Monday through Friday (weekends off)
• Early morning to early afternoon

Language requirements:

• English

Experience:

• 2+ years of previous restaurant experience in a similar role in a casual restaurant
• Working knowledge of Excel, Quickbooks, Outlook, and Toast
• Ordering, receiving, & inventory
• Food safety knowledge (certification preferred)
• Managing less than 5 people
