$25 Per Hour to Start / Overtime Available

The Certified Home Health Aide will be responsible for monitoring, reporting, and providing detailed documentation of care services provided alongside nursing staff. This role will support patients in all aspects of daily living, ensuring the ability to thrive at home with optimal independence, health, safety, and happiness.

Focus:

• Provide assistance with personal care tasks and support with activities of daily living.

• Work alongside nurses and PT staff therapists to support basic procedures and medical care.

• Support residents by performing routine housekeeping tasks, meal planning, and preparation.

• Manage documentation of patient care plans, ensuring updates and changes are organized.

• Assist with planning transportation to and from appointments, other meetings as needed.

• Maintain open communication between families and health care professionals regarding

client's physical and emotional condition.

• Provide the highest possible care in compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory

requirements and established company policies and procedures.

Skill Set:

• Must be certified and registered through the Home Care Aide Registry.

• Up to date CPR certification is required.

• Ability to perform duties in accordance with state regulations.

• Demonstrates accuracy in medical administration and ability to maintain accurate client

records and documentation.

• Passion for providing others with care, leading with empathy and positivity.

• Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation to travel to patients' homes.

• Excellent customer service, problem solving, and communication skills.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
