The Certified Nursing Assistant is a valuable team member who is responsible for providing quality, comprehensive, nursing care to a variety of hospital patients. Working with the supervision of a registered nurse, the nursing assistant helps plan, implement and evaluate the individual nursing care plans that are developed to meet the physical, psychological and spiritual needs of every assigned patient.

Position Details:

• Full-time position
• Working 64 hours every two weeks
• Various 8 and 12 hour shifts (day, evening & occasional overnight)
• Every other weekend and rotating holidays

Current Offerings:

• $1,500 sign-on bonus*

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Current Nursing Assistant Certification in MN
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card
• One year of experience as a nursing assistant preferred

*Sign-on bonus eligibility: To be eligible for the sign-on bonus, you must be hired into an eligible full or part time benefited position. Casual and temporary/non-benefited positions are not eligible. Sign on bonus will only be awarded in cases where the applicant is external and has not worked for CentraCare/Carris for at least the past nine months (current CentraCare/Carris employees are not eligible).
