Sunterra Springs is proud to announce a full time Occupational Therapist Assistant position. Sunterra Springs is a 38-bed luxury skilled nursing facility located in Dardenne Prarie, MO. The skilled nursing staff consists of trained professionals that are prepared to provide extraordinary care for even the most complex health conditions.

We're excited to offer our therapists an opportunity to deliver patient centered care. We empower therapists to decide what their patients need, and allow enough time in their day to deliver. There are no 15 minute encounters, we do not schedule at 125% production, and we encourage our therapists to spend the time to ensure each patient receives the care they require.

Our Occupational Therapist Assistant would be responsible for the following:

• Assessing the patient’s physical, communication, and cognitive skills to develop a treatment plan
• Helping patients to take part in everyday activities based on their unique circumstances
• Assisting patients’ exercise for pain relief
• Reviewing the patient’s progress and adapting the treatment accordingly

Pay: $26.00 - $35.00 per hour
