• A Registered Nurse who is a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, currently licensed to practice nursing in the State of Connecticut
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required (new to the role after January 1, 2019)
• Professional Nursing Certification in Leadership Certification within two years

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 years acute clinical experience

• Exemplifies teamwork within the department and across disciplines
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Demonstrates knowledge and skills necessary to apply the nursing process in a safe and caring manner for relevant patient populations
