Alacarte Recruitment is assisting our client to recruit two talented chef de partie for their exceptional 4*hotel in Gorey, Co. Wexford.
The successful candidates will have worked in a quality kitchen and have proven themselves as capable of taking responsibility and providing a high standard of food. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and be capable of managing and encouraging junior chefs. You will contribute to developing the menus and maintaining the highest standards of safety and hygiene.
