ECS Recruitment are currently hiring Chef de Partie for a client in Waterford.

Main Responsibilities:

· To prepare and produce food to the standards of the hotel

· To follow and assist the Head Chef in implementing all HACCP regulations

· Work effectively within the Kitchen Team to ensure high customer service standards

· To ensure all necessary ingredients are purchased and requisitioned to the agreed standards

· Staff Training

· Work as part of a team to achieve department targets

The Ideal Candidate:

· At least 1-2 years prior experience as a Chef in a large-scale operation

· Recognized catering qualification

· Organizational skills

· Valid Manual Handling Cert

· Valid Food safety Cert level 1 or/and level 2

· Be hard working and always striving to improve

Requirements:

· Valid right to work full time in Ireland, 40hours

· Transport would help but not necessary

· Good Attitude

· Previous Experience working in a large kitchen

· Two references

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: €16.00 to €19 /hour DOE

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
