Role:

Serve as a director leading performance and strategy over one of the key business departments: talent/people development, training, culinary operations, hospitality operations. Lead in the restaurant operations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of 60+
• Serve and lead in restaurant operations 35-40 hours/week
• Work out of operation in your department 5-10 hours/week
• Learn and apply business strategies to improve organizational performance
• Lead systems and processes that ensure consistent execution of food safety, food quality, and customer service
• Partner with other leaders to create goals and inspire progress
• Oversee business expenses and maximize profits
• Develop future leaders

Qualifications:

· Experience in team leadership

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Humble servant-leader

· Outstanding interpersonal skills

· Strong project/time management skills

· Self-starter with strong follow through

· Ability to work independently on complex projects

· Eagerness to continually learn and adapt to change

Compensation: Total compensation/benefits estimated at: $65,000+

• Wage: $24/hr at 45 hrs/wk
