We are seeking a leader, a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for Turning Point Care Center, with a proven track record providing services in an environment for co-occurring addiction and mental health patients that offer residential and outpatient services. Candidates must show a strong employment history with progressive growth throughout their career. The ideal Chief Executive Officer (CEO) candidate will be responsible for directing the day-to-day operations, managing and developing staff, assuring high quality care, sound fiscal operations, maintaining a strong referral base and maintain compliance with all related regulatory agencies.



Qualifications


Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for creating an environment and culture that focuses on fulfilling the organizations mission, vision and values
  • Leads Business Development team and related activities
  • Provides oversight of operational activities, developing and implementing plans for enhancing productivity, compliance and profitability.
    • Monitors workflow, timeliness, and quality of deliverables
    • Monitors action plans for enhancing efficiencies of existing projects and development of expansion projects
  • Represents programs and maintains working relationships with industry leaders.
  • Ensures quality management standards
    • Maintains expertise on all services; develops contract procedures, assimilating requirements from State, CARF, and company specifications. Remains apprised of and ensure compliance with related requirements.
    • Supervises ongoing revision of procedures, protocols, and processes to enhance compliance, marketability, and cost efficiency of deliverables.
    • Leads quality management team including supervision of QI outcomes reports, report formats and compliance investigation and resolution processes.
  • Is Metric Management focused, insuring consistent tracking, monitoring and accountability for operational and quality metrics throughout the organization.
    • Utilizes the company Senior Management Team to recommend and revise any metrics as needed to meet the needs of the organization.
    • Manages the monthly reporting processes both within the organization and to the Board.
    • Takes swift and effective action where indicated and or coaches subordinates appropriately when significant variances to expectations occur.


  • Performs responsibilities according to clinical and timeliness guidelines, and assimilates and applies performance feedback as directed by management personnel
  • Meets quality expectations of accuracy, completeness, and is responsive to feedback. And meets timeliness expectations of completing work as scheduled, demonstrating self-paced performance and adjusting priorities as needed.
  • Participates in staff and management meetings, and maintains a presence in facilities.
  • Performs other duties as assigned/required.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree is preferred
  • Current experience in Addictions and Mental Health
  • A working knowledge of behavioral health management practices and clinical operations.
  • An advanced knowledge of state and federal regulatory and various accreditation requirements related to behavioral health management.
  • Working knowledge of operations and financial management and marketing methods.
  • Ability to travel a minimum of 10% of the time.
