Child Watch Aide
Do you enjoy working with children AND adults, making a difference every day? Are you friendly, enjoy variety and like to multi-task? This is a great job for someone with these qualifications.
We are seeking energetic and fun loving child care aides for our Liberty Center location. Be willing to get down on the child's level, run, play and interact all day long!! Experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.

Hours: Monday - Friday 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm with possible Saturday mornings.
Requirements:
- Be a minimum of 18 years old, have High School Diploma , or actively pursuing an equivalent and experience working with children.
- Be able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds.
- Have an understanding of growth and development.
- Be passionate about the YMCA mission and vision and must personally advocate and demonstrate the core values of honesty, respect, responsibility and caring.
- Meet qualifications needed for South Dakota State child care licensing.
- Have CPR and First Aid certification prior to or within 60 days of hire. We train!
