This is a selling position in which commission is earned on all personal sales. Additionally, responsibilities of this leadership position include coaching and motivating employees, creating events to drive sales, recruiting/interviewing team members, ensuring merchandising directives are followed, and scheduling. Previous experience in a leadership role is required.
