Are you a person who is positive, outgoing and loves to help others? If so, you might be the person we are looking for! We are looking for a chiropractic assistant. We are looking for someone who is passionate about chiropractic and wants long-term employment!!

We are a unique chiropractic practice that prides itself on making patients feel like part of our office family. We develop close relationships with our team members and work to help them reach their potential. We are looking for the RIGHT person who demonstrates the following:

1. Has the passion and drive to work in a holistic wellness practice (Motivation).

2. Genuinely cares about other people’s health and wellness.

3. Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills (Communication/Attitude).

4. Has the ability to multitask while interacting with patients around you (Simultaneous execution while remaining calm and still focusing on details).

5. Has the ability to handle busy office times as well as non-busy times. During non-busy times, they must be willing to independently work on light cleaning duties and work off of a checklist. (Effectiveness).

6. Has a keen attention to detail. (Numbers, data entry, patient accounts).

7. Is action oriented and demonstrates critical thinking skills (Can see the BIG PICTURE of one’s actions/processes).

8. Intermediate computer skills. Experience with ChiroTouch EHR is a plus!

9. Must be able to learn/memorize office scripts.

10. Have a sense of humor and is a positive, uplifting person.

11. Willingness to complete daily office cleaning and closing duties (Take Pride in where you work).

12. Must be willing to work occasional weekend hours or stay a little late if we need assistance at an expo, if we have you attend a training or if we have a late patient.

Experience working in a WELLNESS environment is a BONUS. Typical work week is hours. Pay is based on experience. Free chiropractic care for you is a benefit.
