Elmsford Chiropractic is a high volume, busy chiropractic office that is looking for a hard-working, responsible, energetic, get-it-done SUPERSTAR Receptionist as a Chiropractic Assistant to join our well-established team.

Our perfect Candidate: Experience in Chiropractic, willing to train, customer service, insurance , EMR's. Also possess strong computer and interpersonal skills and MUST be GREAT at Multitasking. Must be detail oriented and organized. Prior Experience with Chirotouch/Eclipse a plus but not required. We are looking for someone who wants to stay with us for many years to come!

Some Responsibilities as Chiropractic Assistant but are not limited to:

• Scheduling appointments both in person and on phone for new patients and existing
• Answering multiple phone lines
• Basic office duties
• Cleaning of patient rooms
• Assisting floor manager with patient therapy
• Patient management in computer database
• Must be able to Multitask due to high volume practice
• Able to collect copay's, coinsurance, deductibles and balances from patients.
• Verification of insurance benefits
• Assisting in marketing on social media to gain new patients
• Great with people
• Good with Social Media
• Tech Savvy a plus

Hours - Full Time - (Non-Negotiable):

Monday: 9:00am – 1:15 pm- Break / 2:15 pm - 7:30 pm

Tuesday 1:30 pm – 7:30pm

Wednesday 9:00 am – 1:15 pm - Break / 2:45 pm - 7:30pm

Thursday - Off

Friday 9:00am – 1:15 pm - Break / 2:45 pm - 7:30pm

Saturday 8:15am – 12:30pm
